Family and Litigation
Ken Pearson is head of our family and litigation team. He is a partner and solicitor and has been working in this field for over 40 years.
Your case will be handled by Ken personally. We specialise in family matters from divorce and separation, to financial disputes, children matters, care proceedings and domestic violence. We prepare pre and post nuptial agreements.
We also deal with general litigation matters such as contested wills and disputed trusts.
We do not deal with criminal, medical negligence, NO win No Fee or legal aid cases but we will direct existing clients to specialists in those fields upon request.
We advise strongly against using online services or trying to “go it alone”. Let us help you … everyone needs expert advice from time to time !
